Here's how to beat the flu
I had this given to me over 5 years ago...and after 3+years of being sick with pneumonia and bronchitus(URIs) I now have not been seen in those 3 years...it is sooo simple and anyone can do it. The information was to begin taking raw honey from the local area preferably within a 100 radius...and take a teaspoon or more when you go to bed and thwen the same when you rise in the morning. Honey is a protein and a natural anti-biotic and even tastes good, and is good for you...I cannot say enough about it...it is even used on burn victims in New Zealand with very little scarring.

Also Do NOT GET A FLU SHOT ! Its one way of really getting the Flu . . The health food store has a lot of better ways of NOT getting the flu And they work !

That Flu shot is a good thing too get, yes it makes some get the flu when you first get it. Well my daughter which is 9 and myself have been getting it for the past 4 years neither one of us has ever gotten the FLU from that shot. It depends on your immune system on whether or not you get. The FLU shot works we have never gooten the that nasty bug.

The problem though is that there are newqw strands of the virus each and every year and it has advanced to the point now where there are so many strands of the virus they are no longer YET to keep up with it all so the shots are helpful but inadequate so we still must do our part in doing other things to protect ourselves from getting too close too much too soon too fast to those that are down with the flu--so that we can be of more help to them and not down in the bed beside them just as sick as they are.

I beleive they are able to make a new version of the flu shot every year but I think they are unable to produce shots for the whole population during the short time period before a new version of the flu comes. That is why the bird flu could be very dangerous in the future.

I went on a fruit (and nothing else) diet and got healed from flu in 2 days... the medicine these pharmacees are fakes!
For two years the doctors went on strike in switzarland during that time deaths dropped by 11,100!
My mum has studyed everything from health to flu...
I have a cure for cancer!
doctors never listen when i say that but i do!
Go on a raw diet for 1 week and never eat sugar or fat during that one week!
Notice:
Sugar deprivation can turn a saint nasty!
Do it and look at the results!
( use this for every sickness and the result will kill the sickness!)
